Gainz Fit Club (GFC) is a personal fitness studio founded in 2020 in Oakbrook Terrace. The goal of GFC is to focus on full body functional exercises to improve strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance (S.A.F.E.) in a motivating and welcoming group environment. The small groups of 10 give us the opportunity to continue social distancing maxims while maintaining our physical health. Furthermore, men and women’s classes have gender specific trainers which are held separately 7 days a week. Our trainers are required to have both personal training experience and appropriate certifications to avoid injury.
It’s been a month since I started working out at Gainz Fit Club about four days a week and have felt much improvement in my strength and muscle flexibility. The best part of working up here is the improvement in my high blood pressure along with chronic joint pain issues, which have enabled me to feel healthier in my daily life. Due to an accident, I had fractures in my left knee and elbow and my trainers helped me modify my workouts so it doesn’t negatively affect my healing process. Ashley and Aamina are dedicated to helping us reach our fitness goals. Both trainers make our workouts productive and fun! At Gainz Fit Club, you receive the personal attention that is absent at large corporate gyms.
I’m a 43 year old man that has been looking for the gym that provides the perfect balance between agility, strength, flexibility, core power, cross fit, boxing, MMA and affordability. I have literally tried everything... I have been to Orange Theory, F45. I have done P90x, insanity, insanity max, spartan and 300 workouts. All are good but none provided the balance I was looking for. There other types of gyms that can provide what I need but those are super expensive. In the 3 weeks since I joined Gainz I have gotten all the workouts I have wanted and then some. As I think that I’m in the best shape of my life, GaizZ instructors pushes me to the next level. Each workout pushing me and making something I have always wanted fit and strong. Thank you Gainz and look forward to each challenge!
I’ve been coming to GFC, since the beginning. Working out at GFC is great and fun. It is circuit training with others and a trainer, which is very motivational to keep going versus being in a large gym on your own. If you are looking for a full body workout (for strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance) in less than an hour, GFC is the place to be. I highly recommend it. If you are on the fence, take a trial session and feel the difference.
